2010 Summer Volleyball Training Schedule

Registration will open after Regionals on April 26th

ProLink Volleyball League - This league is a great opportunity for those who would like to try volleyball for the first time or more experienced players who may not have an opportunity in school to play. We have plenty of space available for both experienced and beginner volleyball players. We will be teaching fundamentals skills as well as advanced skills based on their needs. We will spend a couple of sessions teaching volleyball skills then we will form teams and start tournament style play with playoffs.

Training Location - Church of the Good Shepherd

Dates and Times – August 17th – October 14th, Tues & Thurs evenings 7-9pm. $125

H.I.T Program – High Intensity Training, this volleyball program will be a 6 week fundamental breakdown of all of the 6 major skills in volleyball. We will work on proper techniques, form, and a fundamental understanding of “eye work”. H.I.T is exactly what the name stands for – High Intensity Training, this means there will be Thousands of volleyballs entered into drill each night with plenty of feedback from our experienced coaching staff.  This program will have two groups, beginner/intermediate(10yrs-14yrs) and advanced ( 14yrs w/Club exp. or 15yrs-17yrs). H.I.T will be limited enrollment 15 players in each group.

H.I.T Schedule May 4th – June 10th 2hour sessions, Tues and Thurs evenings 8-10pm $ 200

Bulldog Volleyball Camp - This volleyball camp will be for incoming freshman thru the class of 2011 seniors and it is also open to athletes from other schools who may not have a camp. This camp will be designed to kick off the 2010-2011 Volleyball season with some intense skill training along with installing offensive and defensive systems. Athletes should be prepared to work hard and learn a about competing at the high school volleyball level.

Bulldog Volleyball Camp - June 28th-July 1st, 9am-3pm, $160

Lakeview Volleyball Camp – This camp will start Lakeview Academy volleyballs’2010-2011 season. This training will prepare the athletes for the upcoming season using the same methodology as the US Women’s National team. We will be teaching individual skills, positional skills, as well as offensive and defensive systems based upon the the athletes. Athletes should come prepared to work hard and learn a lot about volleyball in the intense, competitive environment.

Training Location –

Lakeview Volleyball Camp – July 20th, 11am-7pm and July 21st & 22nd, 12:30pm-4:30pm. $170
