H.I.T Program – Volleyball is a sport of technique and requires proficiency with the fundamentals to achieve any kind of success. The H.I.T. (High Intensity Training) Program focuses on the six fundamentals of volleyball – passing, setting, blocking, hitting, serving, and defense. During the seven (7) week program, focus will be placed on volleyball techniques to ensure that players are performing the fundamentals correctly. Volleyball training should not be about any one exercise or drill but a combination of many. Therefore, H.I.T. is designed to be intensive, interactive and focused. Players will have plenty of opportunity to not only practice techniques but also receive informative feedback from the coaching staff.
Players will be divided into two groups based on age and/or experience – beginner/intermediate and advanced. Enrollment will be limited.
When: May 1 – June 14, Tues & Thurs from 6-8 pm.
