email Emily
This is Emily’s sixth year of coaching and third year coaching with ProLink VBC. Before coming to Atlanta, she coached at the High School level in Florida, as well as for the Jacksonville Juniors Volleyball Association. Emily was previously the Head Coach at Horizon Christian Academy. In two seasons, she helped turn around their program to improve an 0-13 record to two winning record seasons and the team’s first trip to the final four.
Emily is originally from Jacksonville, Fl. As a high school volleyball player, she was named all-conference and 6A Player of the Year as a senior…named honorable mention all-state…honored as Captain MVP of her high school team. Emily received a scholarship to play at Furman University. While at Furman, she was named to the Southern Conference all tournament team as both a Freshman and as a Senior. Her Senior year, Furman won the Southern Conference Tournament, giving them an opportunity to play in the NCAA Tournament.
After graduation, Emily took a trip to Europe to play volleyball and coach high school aged players over seas. When not coaching, Emily continues to play volleyball with a Women’s Nationals team here in Atlanta. Her favorite thing about volleyball and coaching is seeing all of your hard work pay off.
